Interior specs and dimensions
As the flagship of the Ford SUV fleet, the 2019 Ford
Expedition offers three rows of seating which can comfortably fit up to eight
passengers. In large SUVs like the new Expedition, available legroom in the
second and third rows is always a concern for new buyers. The 2019 Ford
Expedition should have no trouble topping the rest of its competition in this
specific area. Passengers in the second row can have up to 42.6 inches of
legroom with the third-row passengers having as much as 40.9 inches available
to stretch their legs.
The same interior that can comfortably hold all of those
people can also easily translate into an incredible cargo area. When the inside
of the 2019 Ford Expedition is filled with riders, there will still be more
than 20 cubic-feet of cargo volume to use. Folding the third row down will push
that number up to 63.6 cubic-feet and when the vehicle is in its maximum
cargo-hauling configuration, more than 104 cubic-feet can be used.
Eckenrod Ford Lincoln customers who would describe
themselves as tech-savvy should definitely take a closer look at the 2019
Expedition. The 2019 Ford Expedition XLT and higher will be equipped with an
8-inch touchscreen-based infotainment system that will be compatible with both
the Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ suites of applications.
